Panasonic’s Cell Supervising Circuit (CSC) and Connector Panels are precision-engineered components designed to ensure safe, scalable, and intelligent energy management in electric vehicles. The CSC delivers accurate cell monitoring and balancing across large battery systems, while the Connector Panels enable secure high-voltage connectivity with integrated EMC filtering and smart charging capabilities. Robust Connector Panels for High-Voltage Applications

Our connector panels are engineered to meet the highest standards of performance and safety in energy storage systems. Designed for both internal and external installation, they offer protection levels up to IP6K9K, ensuring reliable operation even in harsh environments. All high-voltage connections are touch-safe and rated for 500V nominal voltage, with insulation tested up to 3100V.

Flexible Integration with Class 4 and Class 5 Connectors

To support a wide range of power requirements, our panels integrate Panasonic-supplied Class 4 and Class 5 connectors. These connectors enable secure and efficient connections for both small and large electric machines, as well as DC fast charging systems. Internal HV connections are provided via robust screw terminals, with standardized M8 and M6 points for plus and minus poles respectively.

Smart Charging Panels with Integrated Relay and Measurement

Our DC charging panels combine high-current connectors with integrated relays and measurement electronics from Panasonic. These panels are optimized for fast charging scenarios, supporting continuous currents up to 350A and 140A respectively. A dedicated thermal management concept ensures safe and efficient operation under high load conditions.
