All high-voltage connections are touch-safe and rated for 500V nominal voltage, with insulation tested up to 3100V.
To support a wide range of power requirements, our panels integrate Panasonic-supplied Class 4 and Class 5 connectors. These connectors enable secure and efficient connections for both small and large electric machines, as well as DC fast charging systems. Internal HV connections are provided via robust screw terminals, with standardized M8 and M6 points for plus and minus poles respectively.
Our DC charging panels combine high-current connectors with integrated relays and measurement electronics from Panasonic. These panels are optimized for fast charging scenarios, supporting continuous currents up to 350A and 140A respectively. A dedicated thermal management concept ensures safe and efficient operation under high load conditions.
The EM-CP series is tailored for electric motor integration, offering high-current capability and reliable performance. Whether using Class 4 or Class 5 connectors, these panels are built to handle demanding motor loads with peak currents up to 780A. Each panel is designed for seamless integration and long-term durability.
Every connector panel includes a built-in EMC filter to suppress electrical noise and ensure system stability. A silicone-free sealing concept guarantees compliance with IP standards and long-term environmental resistance.
