As a Digital Solution Engineer, you will actively shape our company’s digital transformation. You will analyze existing processes, advise internal stakeholders, evaluate suitable technologies, and drive the implementation of digital solutions. Your Resbonsibilities:

 

  • Digitization of business processes in collaboration with specialist departments to increase efficiency, quality, and transparency.
  • Advising internal stakeholders on technical solutions and digital transformation options.
  • Technical evaluation and support of the implementation of software solutions together with development teams or external partners.
  • Contribute your own software development expertise to test concepts, analyze interfaces, or create prototypes if necessary.
  • Participate in conferences, meetups, and continuing education courses to bring new trends and technologies into the organization.
  • Monitor market trends in digitalization and assess their relevance for the organization.

 

What we are looking for:

 

  • Completed degree in (business) informatics or comparable qualification.
  • Sound knowledge of software development (e.g., Java, Python, REACT, or similar languages) and modern software architectures (e.g., APIs, microservices, cloud solutions).
  • Experience with tools such as JIRA and Confluence is an advantage.
  • Analytical thinking and a structured approach to evaluating and implementing digital solutions.
  • High degree of initiative, willingness to learn, and technological vision.
