From Samples to Masses

Panasonic Industrial Devices Europe offers scalable, high-quality manufacturing services for automotive and industrial electronics. With two state-of-the-art production sites in Slovakia and a strong focus on quality, traceability, and continuous improvement, we bring your product from pilot to mass production – reliably, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Surface-Mount Device

The facilities specialize in Surface-Mount Device (SMD) production, operating 21 advanced SMD lines that utilize both nitrogen and vacuum soldering technologies. It offers comprehensive quality control through X-ray inspection and ensures full component traceability throughout the process.

Selective soldering

Our facilities also support a selective soldering process for individual spot soldering needs. Robotic soldering can also be used to meet a wide range of manufacturing needs.

Potting & Coating

We offer comprehensive potting and coating services to protect electronic components from environmental influences. Our processes include both UV and thermal curing to ensure long-lasting and reliable protection. We specialize in potting solutions for motor electronics and capacitors.

Automatized Assembly process

Our facility is providing wide range of fully automatized assembly processes used for automotive or industrial products, offering the best utilisation and capacity on demand of our customer

Manual Assembly lines

We are experienced with manual assembly processes where manual operation as well as human supervision is required. Even manual operation is used, our production systems are fully capable to control each manual step (ex. Electronic poka-yoke, visual camera check …)

Special application

Our facility is ready to offer a special aplications during the assembly proceses which are more and more demanded by automotive and industrial products like thermal paste aplication, silicon aplication, glue application ….

Plastic Molding

Our plastic production is offering an opportunity to produce necessary plastic parts along with final products under the one roof in the production plant. Our shop floor is equiped with 5 Injection Moulding machines operating from 220t to 450t of the closing force.

Testing & Inspection

We offer extensive testing and inspection services to ensure the highest product quality and reliability. Our capabilities include In-Circuit Testing (ICT), In-Process Testing (IPT), End-of-Line (EOL) testing, as well as high-voltage and optical testing.

Automatic storage and FIFO management

Our facility is equiped with wide range of the logistics and traceability systems with automatized solutions for handling and FIFO management.
